FILTECH is the largest international trade fair and conference in the field of filtration and separation technologies. Due to the current corona pandemic, the conference was postponed to March 2022.

The paper by Teresa Garstenauer, MSc on “Membrane Bioreactor for the cleaning of surface water from a solid waste treatment site” has already been accepted. The report deals with the cleaning of rainwater in a waste treatment plant with a membrane bioreactor. The experience gained in piloting and operating the large-scale plant as well as the use of membrane bioreactors in other applications are part of the lecture.
